\\\\t•\\\\tProducts that include embroidery or custom printing cannot be exchanged.

\\\\t•\\\\tCustomers may return a product within 3 days of receiving their order, provided the product is in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
\\\\t•\\\\tShipping and delivery fees for returns are covered by the customer, except in cases of a manufacturing defect where Aroub Boutique will cover the full costs.
\\\\t•\\\\tProducts with embroidery or custom printing cannot be returned.

Duration & Process
\\\\t•\\\\tReturns or exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving the product.
\\\\t•\\\\tFor payments made by credit card or bank transfer, refunds will be issued after the product is received and inspected. Processing may take up to 10 business days (for bank transfer or cash on delivery) and up to 20 business days (for credit card payments).
\\\\t•\\\\tIf an order is canceled before shipping, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.
